Imagery Disclosure
Significant Stones may, in certain instances, use digitally enhanced or AI-generated imagery to illustrate products, product styles, settings, or design concepts. Such imagery is intended for representational purposes only and may not depict the exact stone, setting, or piece a client ultimately receives. Every physical diamond and gemstone sold by Significant Stones is independently graded and certified, and actual product photography is made available upon request prior to purchase.

Inventory Availability
Due to the rare and one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, certain pieces featured on this site may no longer be available at the time of inquiry. In such cases, Significant Stones will work with the client to source or create a comparable piece that reflects similar quality, character, and design intent. Availability of specific stones and finished pieces is not guaranteed until confirmed directly by our team.

Changes 
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
